Fellowship Breakfast

Second Sunday of month 8:00 a.m.  Breakfast is served and you will have an opportunity to hear many wonderful speakers and singers.  This is a very special time to enjoy a good breakfast prepared by our own folks and a time to visit and fellowship together before going to join your regular Sunday School Class.  Originally, this breakfast for for the gentlemen but now it is open to everyone!

Prime Time Club

Here at Clarksdale Baptist Church we believe our senior adults are some of our greatest treasures.  They have guided this church through times of trouble and times of triumph.  They are our link to the past.  A past that needs to be remembered and needed.

Our Prime Time Club is our way of offering them a time of relaxation, fellowship and information, great meals and enlightening programs combined with the ministry opportunities only senior adults can perform.  Prime Time meets every 1st Wednesday of each month at 11:30 a.m.  Our meeting usually lasts an hour, but what an hour!  Come and join us as we fellowship together bound by our love for Christ and His church.

Nursery Volunteers

Nursery volunteers are needed on Sunday mornings to help out with all the tiny ones.  If you would like to help, please contact the church office for more details.

Prayer Groups

"Pray without ceasing"  I Thessalonians 5:17

The Prayer Chain of Clarksdale Baptist Church is activated whenever there is a serious need for immediate and fervent prayer.  At the time of an accident, urgent illness, family crisis, or community or statewide emergency, the Prayer Chain moves swiftly into action.  Each member calls the next on the list until the full army of Prayer Warriors is mobilized.  The power of this prayer war has moved mountains!  Join the army now!

As our services are in progress, there are dedicated prayer warriors asking for special provision for the service.  Those participating, do so as part of a regular rotation so that at least one person is praying during every church service. 

Men's Prayer Group

Each week at 6:30 AM on Monday morning there is a prayer time in which men are invited to come and pray for the needs of our families, the church, the community, and our nation.  The format is informal and those attending may arrive and leave as their schedules direct.
